Aged Tsipouro – Dark Cave
The Dark Cave Tsipouro from Tsilili is considered to be the most special Tsipouro. The slow and time-consuming distillation process preserves the fresh aromas. In addition, only the highest quality grapes are used to create an extra class product.
The Tsipouro matures for at least 5 years in small French oak barrels, which had previously stored Vinsanto wine.
This is how you get this unique product, with the aromas of vanilla, fig and the piquant spices of Thessaly. The aromas are combined with the full and round taste of chocolate and nutmeg, which enchants every sip.
The result is a distillate with distinct aromas such as grape, plum and bergamot peel, spicy flavours such as vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg, combined with a robust but rich body, a smooth finish and a refined aromatic aftertaste.
To enjoy its dynamic, complex character, consume it alone or with some ice.
