Aprilis Brut Rosé Wine. First released in the eponymous month of April 2021, Aprilis Brut is a dry rosé wine made from the Limnionas and Xinomavro varieties. It is a cool sparkling wine with finesse, balanced acidity and aromas of spring fruits and flowers. The vineyards in the Meteora region guarantee the highest quality and class of wines. The Aprilis Rosé sparkling wine ferments in bottles and matures according to the traditional method of making champagne.
