This excellent organic garlic paste made from black garlic is preserved by fermentation. Without the use of preservatives, artificial colors, microbial effects or other additives.
The aroma is like a mixture of plum compote, nuances of caramel and traces of balsamic vinegar. In the background there is still a slight taste of garlic. This new aroma composition is incomparable and even after enjoying a whole tuber, nothing stands in the way of a nice date.
It can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. to refine sauces, as a marinade for meat, chicken, fish, with pasta, with pizza, with cheese, and also tastes delicious on bread and butter. Of course, an excellent garlic butter can also be prepared with it.
The natural aging process has no negative effects with regard to the ingredients. The tolerance of the black, fermented garlic exceed those of the conventional, white garlic.
