Olithea is a Greek family company that is engaged in the production and packaging of organic extra virgin olive oil.
The company’s olive groves with a total area of 130 hectares are in the village of Agios Mattheos in Corfu. The cultivated variety is Lianolia, a traditional variety of the island with special characteristics.
The area of Agios Mattheos has a special natural microclimate that combines the sea breeze with the freshness of the mountain and gives olives unique properties.
This peculiarity in combination with the application of strict standards of organic farming, the company harmoniously combines the hundred-year-old tradition of the place with the technology, in compliance with the most modern standards and control procedures.
