Graviera Mytilinis is a hard cheese with a slightly sweet taste and characteristic aroma. The organic Graviera is made exclusively from sheep’s and goat’s milk in Lesbos. Graviera can be eaten pure or with fruit, as saganaki, or for sauces, grated into small pieces.
The organic cheese products from Lesvigal are made from organic milk that comes exclusively from breeds of sheep and goats that are native to Lesvos and are fed with organic animal feed or grow up freely in controlled pastures.
