The coffee can also be prepared with the Briki on a hotplate.
The natives of the Yanesha tribe grow a wonderful organic coffee in harmony with their environment.
This highland Arabica is grown 1700 meters above sea level at the foot of the Andes. Due to the mountainous country and this altitude, a use of machines or tractors is not possible. In addition to the love of nature and the love of their product, this is of course a point why the coffee is picked by hand only. The picking takes place in several cycles, each adapted to the maturity status of the fruits. The excellent soil conditions and sunlit elevations shape the fine aroma of this coffee.
The coffee has a very balanced body and a fine acidity. It is full-bodied in the taste and very popular among coffee lovers. Especially his high digestibility makes him special.
