Greek moka coffee (Ellinikos kafes) is similar to Turkish coffee, as both are made with unfiltered coffee powder. This coffee is drunk in various countries, e.g. Cyprus, Arabia, Armenia, with differences in preparation in individual countries. Greek coffee is ground finer and becomes more creamy. The coffee can also be prepared with the Briki on a hotplate.
Tasting notes: Aftertaste of nuts, chocolate with earthy notes. A frothy Kaimaki, balanced body and aroma.
