Kefalotyri Mytilinis is a hard cheese with a hard and dry rind, white to yellowish-white in colour with small holes in the mass. Delicious and tangy Kefalotyri made exclusively from organic goat and sheep milk from Mytilini. It is a cheese that goes perfectly with wine and ouzo. It becomes a delicious saganaki, one of the most popular appetisers, while grated on pasta or pizza it adds a special flavour.

The organic cheese products from Lesvigal are made from organic milk that comes exclusively from breeds of sheep and goats that are native to Lesvos and are fed with organic animal feed or grow up freely in controlled pastures.
