Delicious and tangy Kefalotyri made exclusively from organic goat and sheep milk from Mytilini. It is a cheese that goes perfectly with wine and ouzo. It becomes a delicious saganaki, one of the most popular appetisers, while grated on pasta or pizza it adds a special flavour.
