Mastic is the natural resin secreted like a tear from the trunk of the mastic tree (Pistacia Lentiscus var. Chia), which thrives and is cultivated exclusively only in the southern part of the island of Chios.
It contains at least 70 different substances, mainly terpenoids, with beneficial properties.
Dosage for adults: 2-3 capsules daily, with water or juice, 30 minutes before meals. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for a higher dosage.
