The extra virgin olive oil – Alea Ultra Premium superior category offers an absolutely perfect taste. This excellent variety is called Koroneiki, and although it can be found all over Greece, each geographical location gives it its own special notes. All olives are harvested from strictly selected groves and carefully processed the same day.

Its medium fruitiness, pungency and bitterness offer a unique combination of majestic flavors and aromas which elevate every meal into a Mediterranean taste experience. An intriguing opening on the nose, with scents of tomato in play with caresses of chamomile, flowers and an elegant almond stroke in closing. Very interesting and balanced on the palate the blend of tomato and white flowers in combination with lines of exotic fruits and a hint of almond. Very enjoyable the spicy and bitter medium fruity.

Perfect with: Greek croutons, souvlaki, grilled octopus and citrus, chocolate with almonds.
