The presence of porcini mushrooms, with their spicy pulp and forest aromas, gives the product its special flavour. The earthy flavours of the and the creamy texture of the selected rice variety make for a truly great dish that stands out for the simplicity of its few ingredients.
For 4 servings. Add the product to 1L of boiling water with a little oil of your choice and stir. Reduce the heat and cook the rice for another 10 minutes. Serve with feta and a glass of white wine.
