The unique combination of rice with wild black truffle is complemented by the refined taste of black truffle to create a product that combines pleasure with a balanced diet. The gastronomic value of the black truffle as well as its delicate aroma make every recipe a unique culinary experience.
For 3-4 servings. In just 12 minutes, the delicious risotto dish is ready. Sauté the black wild truffle risotto in 60 g fresh butter for 1 minute and then add 750 ml hot water (alternatively chicken or vegetable stock) to deglaze. If you like, also deglaze with a little white wine and top up with water or stock. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Garnish with grated Graviera cheese and enjoy!
