Karamanlidiko sausage is a simple and delicious accompaniment to meze with white and red wine, beers or tsipouro. It is cooked at a relatively low heat and is suitable for grilling, for the oven, for casseroles and for frying, pure, with vegetables, on a skewer or as an omelette. A unique taste, according to an authentic recipe from Anatolia and from the selected product range of the tradition of a small sausage factory founded in Drama in 1938.
