The perfect Flavour for a fantastic BBQ. A delicious blend of spices that enhances the taste of food without covering it. The spice mixture is 100% natural and does not contain any additives. Packed in a resealable bag.
Use 1 tablespoon of “BBQ mix” for approx. 200 g of beef, pork, chicken fillet or meat substitute. Add 1 tablespoon ketchup (use for that our excellent ketchup without sugar) and massage all the flavours into the meat. Put in the fridge and let soak for about 1 hour.
