The heather honey is collected in spring at an altitude of 300m in Arta in theTzoumerka Mountains of Epirus. The forest in this place is bushy, untouched and almost inaccessible. During the flowering season of heather, all the mountains have a beautiful scent and are dressed in white. This honey is a delicious surprise as it has a different caramel taste and a strong fruity aroma. It crystallises quickly and has an excellent creamy texture.
