White goat cheese made from fresh, pasteurised goat’s milk from the Souliou region in the traditional way. You can recognise it by its characteristic shape (tsantilas “bag”), as the cheese is drained and then matured in a bag. It is a semi-hard cheese with a spicy flavour and characteristic aromas. Enjoy it with pasta, grated in trahanas, in salads, for a meze, or cheese platters.
