Handmade pepper spread with eggplant. Made with Florina peppers, eggplant, carrots, salt, garlic, vinegar and grape must (Petimezi). It is served cold, as an appetizer, side dish, dip or spread on sandwiches and pastries. Goes well with feta. An excellent starter with ouzo or tsipouro.
