Description

Symbolo is only produced in the best vintages and is a commitment that Lyrarakis has kept since 2005 when they first released Symbolo to celebrate a great vintage.

Tasting notes
Intense rube-red in color. The nose offers layered aromas of wild blackberries, graphite, smoke and forest floor. On the palate, the notes are interwined with hints of sweet spice and violets. Structurally, it manages to show both powerful and elegant sides as it unfolds into a long, silky finish.
