Alba Vissa, one of the most interesting expressions of Assyrtiko outside of Santorini, is a 100% organic Assyrtiko that is on the market after a very long aging in wine yeast, but without getting through a barrel. An impressive combination of fruit concentration and minerality in the nose with a balance between the highest alcohol content and the acidity in the mouth.

Tasting notes
Moderately intense lemon color with some golden hues, while the characteristic mineral element of Assyrtiko is complemented by ripe fruit and intense dough notes. The mouth is impressively full of alcohol, but the acidity provides economy measures and skillfully balances the heat of the alcohol. Long-lasting aftertaste with very nice aromatic development in the mouth. Ready for five years with aging ability.
