This olive oil offers an absolutely perfect taste. This excellent variety is called Olympia, and is unique in its taste. All olives are harvested from strictly selected groves and carefully processed the same day.
The olfactory profile opens with ample strokes of fresh gras and balsamic tunes in combination with scents of green tomato and hints of artischoke. Delikate and persistant to the taste; tomato and artischoke open up wide and balanced, with strokes of cardamom and coriander, thyme and green pepper for an elegant ending. An excellent stroke of spicy and bitter medium fruity.
Perfect with: Beef and orange carpaccio, Greek cake, dolmades, baklava, salads.
