The genuine salami from Lefkada, produced since 1950 by the family factory Polychronopoulos sausage. The traditional form of Lefkada’s Salami is a small salami stick and tied by rope.
The air-dried salami goes perfectly with ouzo, tsipouro or wine and is an ideal companion for various starters and recipes with tomatoes and salty cheese.
