A delicious and quickly prepared mushroom soup made from 4 types of mushrooms. The mushrooms come from the area around Meteora, which are known for their taste, but above all for their quality.
The “peak” of the finest mushrooms are combined in one product. Power, aroma and colors. Ideal combination of porcini, shiitake, pleurotous and agaricus mushrooms with an unmistakable taste.
Add the mushroom soup in 1 L lightly salted boiling water. Let it cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve with feta.
