Handmade Kremopita with Cream, Organic

Kremopita is a Greek pie made from filo pastry and semolina cream. Marianna’s Handmade Pitas (pies) are made from handmade pastry filo and selected organic ingredients. They are delicious and can be prepared fresh in the oven. They are produced and packaged by the women’s cooperative “Goniatisses” in Nea Gonia, Chalkidiki, according to the recipes and under the supervision of Marianna Kazaki.
Preparation instructions: Remove the tray with the Pita from the packaging and place directly in the oven at 220°C with bottom heat without preheating until it starts to rise (approx. 15 minutes). Remove, cut and return to the oven at 180°C until the pita is golden brown (about 40 minutes). Make sure it is cooked well before eating.
